Order Processing/Delivery

Order Processing/status:

  • Once payment has been received please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to be processed through our system (furniture orders require longer, see next section)
  • The current status of your order can be viewed once you log in
  • Your order may be marked received, processed, on backorder or shipped. Orders marked processed are currently being processed through our system and will be shipped shortly. If your order has been backordered we will advise you of the expected date of delivery. Shipping information is forwarded to your email.

Furniture/Salon Equipment:

  • Once payment has been received in full please allow up to 10 days for furniture and salon equipment orders to be processed through our system
  • Delivery times vary
  • Signature is required upon receipt
  • Signature acknowledges acceptance of receipt by the buyer and accepted condition of goods as is
  • Please do not accept or sign for items that have been damaged during transport
  • We accept no liability in respect to consignment once signature has been obtained
  • Tracking information is not generally available once orders are dispatched
  • We are unable to deliver to residential unit blocks, remote or some rural areas
  • Sorry, we do not send furniture overseas

Postage Costs:

  • The cost for postage depends on weight/destination (see individual item descriptions for charges)
  • Parcels to Australia will be delivered via Australia Post or courier
  • International parcels will be delivered via Australia Post Air Mail

Delivery Times:

  • Parcels generally will be dispatched between 2 to 3 working days after payment has been received/cleared (furniture orders require longer)
  • Transit time within Australia is generally 1-7 working days depending on destination/delivery method
  • International transit time is generally 5-10 working days, but can be more depending on country/delivery zone

Lost/Late Parcels:

  • Please allow time for your parcel to arrive - while we endeavour to send orders quickly transit times do vary considerably according to destination/delivery method
  • Before contacting us please check at your local post office - if you were not home when attempted delivery was made your parcel may have been returned to your local post office to await collection.  An attempted delivery card should of been left telling you where to collect your parcel, but this does not always happen
  • If for some reason the dispatch of your order is delayed we shall contact you immediately to discuss options

Damaged Parcels:

  • All care is taken to ensure your parcel arrives in excellent condition, however if damage/leakage does occur during transit - do not accept the parcel, so it will be returned to us
  • If you find the items have been damaged during transit after you have accepted the parcel - please contact us

Tracking parcels:

  • Please contact us for tracking details/information


  • All returns must be claimed within 7 days
  • Please contact us before returning unwanted items
  • Refunds are available only if item is received back unused, and in same condition as sent, and in original packaging.
  • We are not responsible for postage costs for any items returned.
  • Credit card refunds subject to 1.5% processing fee
  • All returns must be packaged securely, otherwise they will not be accepted - insurance recommended.
  • In respect to hair products/waxing products we are not responsible for the suitability of product on a person's hair.
  • In respect to animal/pet clippers and products we are not responsible for the suitability on a particular animal/breed.
  • Refunds will not be given if product turns out to be unsuitable for hair type
