Are your products genuine?

Yes - We buy direct from the manufacturer or importer in Australia.

What is the best shampoo & conditioner for my hair type (frizzy, dry, damaged, coloured, aging, fine, normal)?

It is very difficult to give advice without actually seeing your hair. A person's hair is affected by so many variables, such as hair type, age, products/processes used, condition, health, etc. As such, if we did recommend a particular product there is no guarantee that it would suit you. The advice we give, therefore, is general and relates to the properties of the product, rather than it's suitability for you as an individual. Your hairdresser is the best person to advise you, as they can give hands on recommendations and assess your hair requirements properly.

Can I pick up my purchases instead of having them posted out?

Do you have a returns policy?

Yes - you may return any item within 7 days - no questions asked - as long as the item is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as it was sent. Please refer to our terms & conditions section for further details.

How much will postage be?

Postage cost depends on weight of goods/destination. Please refer to the postage guide in each item description. For orders with multiple items please refer to our postage charge table located near the bottom of our left hand menu, or contact us direct for a quote - 1300 724 317.

What is the status of my order?

Once you log in you will be able to view the current status of your order. Your order may be marked received, processed, on backorder or shipped. Orders marked processed are currently being processed through our system and will be shipped shortly. If your order has been backordered we will advise you of the expected date of delivery. Shipping information is forwarded to your email.
